The Property which was completed in January 2001, lies in an area of 1400m2, and is located in arguably Bali’s most up-and-coming area, the Oberoi district of Seminyak. We are unique in Bali in being located within the compound of The Legian hotel (an Aman hotel affiliate), giving our guests the privacy of a private villa with the security and many of the amenities (including room and dinner party service) of a 5 star hotel. The property has been designed with all modern amenities in mind, including a clean water supply, modern kitchen equipment from Europe, air-conditioning throughout, cable TV, HiFi, a full 90kv backup electricity generator and one of Bali’s first salt water pools. The villa has been carefully designed around a beautiful 15 meter salt water pool,. and is set in lush, tropical gardens, with broad expanses of carefully manicured lawn, which have been designed to maximize the privacy of all guests in a party.

Beaches
The beach at Legian, whilst great for watching, with white sand and excellent surf, can be dangerous and you are strongly advised to take notice of the flags on display. The beach can be accessed by: (1) Walking through The Legian hotel - this is not strictly permitted for non-hotel guests, but an occasional drink at the hotel bar normally works well. (2) Through Ku De Ta restaurant public road (turn left on the main road and walk for 3 minutes). (3) Through La Luciolla restaurant (turn right on the main road and walk for 4 minutes). Our recommendation is to use La Luciolla which has a good shower and a lawn for kids. For beaches without big surf, you should try Nusa Dua and Sanur.
